Cancellation Policies:
No refunds for early departures or cancellations. Once a deposit is received, your reservation is confirmed. Sorry, deposits and payments are not refundable or transferable as we will have turned many friends away.
RESERVATIONS
Reservations are tentative until a 50% deposit is received. We accept cash, Master Card, Visa, Money Orders, and Travelers Cheques. Your balance is due upon arrival. We do not accept personal or business checks upon arrival. No refunds on reservations or home rentals permitted. Once a deposit is received, your reservation is confirmed. Sorry, deposits and payments are not refundable or transferable as we will have turned many friends away.
Reservations are guaranteed until 8 pm on the date of arrival.

PET POLICY
No pets.
Room Responsibilities
We kindly ask that all rooms be left tidy upon departure and that all trash be removed and placed in the outdoor bins. This helps ensure the safety and comfort of both your family and our staff.
Registered Guests
The Water Edge Lodge, LLC is a private facility, and the accommodations and facilities are intended for use by our guests only. If your relatives or friends plan to visit with you, ask them to do so at a public area, beach, amusement park, restaurant, etc.
ARRIVAL TIME
Check in time is from 3-6pm. The office closes promptly at 6pm, and check-in must be prior to 6pm. If you are running late, please text 518-878-3906.
DEPARTURE TIME
Departure time is no later than 10am. This allows us enough time to clean all units thoroughly.
Beach Guidelines
Our beach is open daily from 10am-6pm.We ask guests to please respect the following guidelines requested by the property owner and management:
- Children under 18 must be under adult supervision at all times
- No smoking of any kind
- Food & glass containers/bottles not permitted
- No visitors – beach is for guest use only
- No fishing
- No dock access – please stay away from surrounding dock spaces
- Carry in/carry out policy – please do not leave items behind or overnight
- Inclement weather – Please vacate the beach and relocate to a safe area during inclement weather
Beach is open daily from 10am-6pm.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY. SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN ALL OF OUR UNITS.
- Children must be with parents or designated responsible adults at all times.
- Daily maid service available upon request.
- Trash will be picked up each morning by 10am daily. Please place it in the garbage cans provided and secure the lid.
- Maximum occupancy on rooms is not to be exceeded at any time and is listed on the Lodging Rates page. This number includes adults, children, toddlers, and infants.
- Fireworks are not permitted, including sparklers of any kind.
- Campfires are permitted until 11pm and must be extinguished properly before leaving them.
- If you will be arriving after 6pm, please notify the office of your late arrival to guarantee your reservation, or the reservation will be canceled, and no refund will be issued. You must notify our office and request a late check-in.
- Late departure will incur a charge of the daily rate of the unit.
- No refunds for early departures or cancellations.
- PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING ALL BEACH OR OUTDOOR LOUNGING TOWELS. WE DO NOT PROVIDE BEACH OR OUTDOOR LOUNGING TOWELS.
